CVTS NURSE PRACTITIONER IN SOUTHERN OREGON
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our award-winning CVTS team in beautiful Medford,
Oregon. We provide services at a 378-bed level II trauma center and regional referral hospital.
This NP will have primary responsibilities of inpatient rounding/case management of postoperative thoracic surgery patients and discharge planning
OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS
• Generous annual base salary
DOE
• Performance incentives of up to 16% of base starting in year 2
• $10,000 - $15,000 signing
Bonus DOE
• Up to $10,000 relocation assistance
• $3,000 annual CME allowance
• 240 hours (30 days) of authorized time off per year
