JOB DETAILS:
-5 months
-Desired Schedule: (M-F 8a-4p) Occasional week night call(rare)
-Reason for Coverage: (Perm Provider leaving)
SCOPE OF WORK:
-8 patients per day, 30 beds, 5 total Docs in group, 1 -APP, 1 psychologist) Inpatient, Adults only
REQUIREMENTS:
-(BLS) license to prescribe buprenorphine preferred. -----Must have MI license at time of submission
