Job Details:
- Salary: $500,000 - $600,000/year (includes bonuses)
- 1st year: base salary $250,000 plus production bonuses: $1,500/patient/year for all patients beyond 180 patients/year + 25% of insurance collections
- 2nd year and beyond, compensation is only production-based: $1,500/patient/year + 25% of insurance collections
- Can expect a patient load of 300-350 patients
- Health, dental, vision insurance
- Qualification: MD/DO Internal Medicine or Geriatrician
- Facility: Concierge Medical Practice
- Schedule: Start in Fall of 2021
- Clinic Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, then on call for your own patients
- Flexible call schedule with other concierge physicians
- Assignment: Outpatient Only
- Average 8 patients/day during peak season
- Average 3-4 patients/day during offseason
- Will round on own patients in NH's as needed
- EMR: Cerner
