-Duration: ASAP – Ongoing (6 months with ability to extend)  

-Schedule: 4, 10 hour days, no call required

-Patients: All ages, outpatient, 16 - 20 per day

-EMR System: Cerner

-Compensation: Based on an hourly rate, negotiable

-Required: Board Certified, or truly Board Eligible, with active OR license
