Community Health Center in Philadelphia, PA needing physician or nurse practitioner

• October start to cover for maternity leave– 6 months, full-time coverage
• Will accept FP, IM, FNP or ANP
• HIV specialist with AAHIVS certification
• Monday – Friday, 8:30a - 5:00p
• Mostly primary care. 30-40% of patients are HIV positive
• Primary Care visits, sick/well consultations, chronic care coverage such as hypertension/diabetes, histories & physicals
• Adults only
• No procedures
• EMR: All Scripts, facility will provide training
• Credentialing process roughly 3-4 weeks
• Key insurances that providers need to be credentialed with to expedite credentialing: Keystone and Health First. WIll look at providers who are interested in being credentialed
• Provider will complete credentialing process to include drug screen, physical, PPD, background check, insurance paneling, Pennsylvania security and child abuse clearances
