**Anesthesiologist must be Board Certified**

Location/Worksite address:– Eastern Central Indiana

Dates coverage is needed: ASAP - Ongoing

Schedule/Shift times: M-F, 7a-3p

Call required?: None

Patient ages (children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics): 99% adults, 1% Peds.

Types of cases/Specialty mix: General bread and butter, Ortho, Spine, some Ob, minimal trauma involvement

Head/Hearts?: None

Type of charting (EMR, paper): EPIC – Must have experience

Travel and lodging provided (with pre-approval)?: T&L; provided with approval
