• Shifts: Full Time, Day Shift, M-F, 7a-3:30p or 7:30a-4:30p

• Weekend Requirements: 1:4, 5p Friday-7a Monday

• On Call Requirements: 1:4, evening call from 5p-7a and weekend call 5p Friday-7a Monday

• CRNA works independently

• Cases: Adult & Pediatric Required. OB is Required, Spinals, Epidurals, Regionals

• NBCRNA, IA Lic, ACLS, BLS, PALS 

• EMR: Cerner

• Credentialing: 2 weeks
