Dates coverage is needed: mid-November, ongoing Are you perm recruiting?: yes Schedule/Shift times: Monday-Friday / 5 8s Call required?: no Patient ages (children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics): 10% Peds, 45% Adults, 45% Geriatrics Types of cases/Specialty mix: 70 % Ortho, 5-7 cases/daily Head/Hearts?: no Type of charting (EMR, paper): EMR: Epic Credentialing timeframe: 90 days Additional information (please add any pertinent details deemed important): BC CRNA ,ACLS and PALS Required Travel and lodging provided (with pre-approval)?: yes
