Description
The Primary Care Locums Opportunity in Colorado….
-Duration: August 2021 – December 2021 (possibility of extension on locums or to permanent)
-Option for locations: Thornton or Aurora
-Schedule: 4-5 days per week
-Shifts: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p (full-time prefer or will consider part-time)
-Patients: 8-10 patients per day, 60-90 minute visits, all geriatric
>most visits are being done via Telemedicine, but providers must be available for an in person visit if required.
-Will consider locums to permanent
-Assistance with credentialing provided (estimated under 30 day timeline)
-Compensation: Negotiable
-PACE Program:
To ensure continuity, quality of care, each day is started with a meeting between our interdisciplinary staff that includes dentists, social workers, psychiatrists, mid-levels, and other primary care providers. We discuss recent patient visits, plans for those patients' care, and plan our day accordingly.
-Required: Board Certified or Board eligible, Active Colorado license
