GASTROENTEROLOGY MONTGOMERY ALABAMA
We are searching for a BC/BE Gastroenterologist. Will consider new graduates or Visa candidates.
Strong preference for an Advanced GI trained physician must do both ERCP and EUS
Compensation Package Overview:
• Base Guarantee
• Guarantee period: 2 Years
• Quarterly production bonus structure wRVU
• Income Potential based on current providers production: Ranges between 700 to 1,400 wRVUs/month
• Sign On/Commencement
There is currently no GI within 90 minutes of Montgomery doing EUS, which has created an immediate need for an advanced trained GI interested in growing an advanced practice.
? Patients seen daily/weekly: Average 40-45 patients/week in clinic
? # scopes: 9-10 scopes in a ½ day
? GI is a consult only service – on call weeks, the physicians average 4-10 consults/day. The physicians only do consults during their on-call weeks, unless they choose to round on their own patients.
Currently call is 1 in 5, once another GI is hired the call will be 1 in 6 weeks
