The OB Laborist locum tenens opportunity in California…
-Duration: Immediate need 7a-7a shifts
-Location: Oceanside
-Dates needed:
Nov 1
Nov 15
Nov 23
Nov 30
Dec 24
Dec 25
-Scope: OB call: Provider will take call for L&D and ED, for unassigned patients
-Schedule: 24 hour call coverage (7a – 7a)
>Can be taken from home/hotel
>Response time provider needs to be to bedside of patient within 20- 30 minutes
-Patients: Can be all ages example OBGYN emergency needs bleeding patient or senior gyn need. Could be patients with OB or gynecological issues. Patients with 1st or 2dn tri master complications
-EMR: Cerner
-Hospital: Registered as 350 bed but operates at 150
>General have 3 OBGYN on at day and 1 on at night
>Full sub specialties services from Neurosurgery, CATH Lab to Chemo
-Volume: 1-2 deliveries per day
-Support Staff: Hospitalist and Anes in house 24/7, C-Sec assistant PA available
-Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible WITH California License
