Occupational Health provider needed for locums coverage! FP or NP/PA Highly desire provider to have 1+ year occupational health experience Prefer that provider have 1+ year urgent care experience Must be able to suture, splint, and read x-rays All ages (2+) 20-25 patients per day DOT Required at time of submission DEA required Monday through Friday 9a-5p 1-2 week credentialing
