Location: Coastal Oregon - 90 miles from Portland

Duration: March - ongoing (3-6 months with option to extend)

Schedule: 4 10 hour shifts/week. Would be replacing a Mon-Thur, 7a-5p schedule, but flexible if alternative schedule is preferred.  Clinic is open Monday - Friday, 7a-7p.  No Weekends, No Call

Scope: Primary care, all ages, 18-20 patients/day

EMR: Cerner

Required: Active OR License and Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years completion of Family Medicine Residency
