Location/Worksite address: About an hour from Tucson, AZ

Dates coverage is needed: 10/1 - Ongoing

Schedule/Shift times: M-F, 7a-5p, on-call 6a-6a once per week

Patient ages (children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics): 1 year to geriatric

Types of cases/Specialty mix: IP and OP setting, OR and OB

Support staff available (CRNA’s, MA’s, Scrub Techs): RNs, Anesthesia techs, Anesthesiologist

Type of charting (EMR, paper): CERNER
