# of Providers Needed: 3 (Three)

Shift Description: Days - 7am-3pm and 7a - 5p. Once a week there will be an additional room that is ½ a day.

Weekend Requirements: Beeper call - 24 hours

On Call Requirements: Beeper Call - 5p - 7a

MANDATED Job Requirements: 

•            Must work Autonomously

•            Must be able to perform the following case mix - Regional blocks, General Surgery, GI, Podiatry, Ortho, Urologic, ophthalmologic, OB

•            Must have an active MI Medical License prior to presentation

•            Must not have any prior malpractice history or background issues

•            Must have minimum 10 shift availability per month

Certification Requirements: ACLS, BLS, NBCRNA

Type of Cases: Must be proficient in Regional blocks, and confident to do OB cases independently. Case mix of- General Surgery, GI, Podiatry, Ortho, Urologic, Ophthalmologic and OB. 

EMR: Meditech

Support Staff: Care team model – 4 CRNAs and 1 MD

Credentialing timeframe: 45 days with a clean file

T&L: Airfare, Lodging and Rental provided
