Anesthesia Practice Profile Number of CRNAs needed: 2 (two) Number of MDs needed: 3 (three) Client: Withheld Location/Worksite address: Upstate New York Dates coverage is needed: February 22 - Ongoing Are you perm recruiting?: Yes; will also consider L2P candidates Schedule/Shift times: 40 hour weeks, Monday - Friday Call required?: Negotiable. Initially, none. But, down the road it may be an option for 1st or 2nd call Patient ages (children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics): Adults and healthy Peds
Types of cases/Specialty mix: General anesthesia, spine, ortho, backs, necks, dental (tonsils), some A-lines, some IVs (CTIR case), craniotomy, some vascular, some neuro, NO Ob, no open heart, endo, nerve blocks (femoral, interscalene) and healthy Peds (ENT). MDs should be willing to learn blocks if they aren’t already knowledgeable. Currently, CRNAs are managing all blocks and they would like someone open to learning how to manage nerve blocks. Head/Hearts?: Minor craniotomy, no hearts. St. Elizabeth’s campus may eventually have heart cases.
Credentialing timeframe: 2-3 weeks; Provider will need to come in for a half day before their first shift for Orientation. Temporary privileges available?: : 2-3 weeks
