Number of CRNAs needed: 2 (two)

Location/Worksite address: Near Raleigh County , WV

Dates coverage is needed: End of May/first of June - Ongoing

Schedule/Shift times: Monday - Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm

Call required?: Highly possible; typically 4-6 days a month

Patient ages (children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics): Patient ages are healthy Peds through geriatric

Types of cases/Specialty mix: No heads hearts or OB

Type of charting (EMR, paper): EMR - Meditech

Credentialing timeframe: 30 days
