CRNA Practice Profile Number of CRNAs needed: 4 (four) Location/Worksite address: About an hour from Seattle, Washington Dates coverage is needed: October - Ongoing Schedule/Shift times: 7a-4p Call required?: Call is optional – weeknight and/or weekend Types of cases/Specialty mix: General Surgery, Ancillary cases, Orthopedics, OB Support staff available (CRNA’s, MA’s, Scrub Techs): 5 CRNAs and 6 MDs Type of charting (EMR, paper): Paper Travel and lodging provided (with pre-approval)?: Yes with pre-approval
