Job Details:
- Pay Rate:
- Half-day - $700 flat rate (includes times to complete exams, submit report, including any addendums)
Full-day - $1400 flat rate (includes times to complete exams, submit report, including any addendums)
- Qualifications: MD/DO Neurology, Neurosurgery, PM&R
- BC/BE
- TX License
- Familiar with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio required.
- Proficient in METs testing, evaluating and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions.
- Own personal laptop (no MAC/Apple products)
- DMA Certified
- Facility: A Veteran's Service
- May see patients in your own office.
- Schedule: Dates: PRN - Ongoing
- Half day or Full day options
- Assignment: Outpatient
- Exams are primarily interview-based with some physical assessment: range of motion testing, muscle strength testing, evaluating traumatic brain injury.
- Exams will be a mix of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury.
- No prescribing, no treatment.
- Use of Goniometer required.
