Dates coverage is needed: Starting February 1 for at least 2 months and possibly extend

Schedule/Shift times: M – F only ; 10-hr days, 4 days per week. If interested could occasionally work a 5th day

Call required?: No

Patient ages (children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics): Over 18

Types of cases/Specialty mix: GI Endoscopy Center – So only EGDs and Colonoscopies

Support staff available (CRNA’s, MA’s, Scrub Techs): - No anesthesiologist, At least 3 CRNAs at the facility each day, but each is working independently.

Type of charting (EMR, paper): Paper charting

Credentialing timeframe: 30 – 60 days, maybe sooner

Reason for coverage: Short staffed
