Affiliated with Stanford Physicians and hospital - they handle all patients for radiation in house and refer them the foundation FCPP physicians for more care.

Radiation in-house, pharmacy in-house, 13-14 infusion chairs from 8 am to 6 pm

Covering one hospital

Provide services at the hospital for BX, bone marrow BX, and intrathecal infusions to the hospital and they oversee the infusions in the clinic which consist of only intravenous infusions.

Clinic is open Mon- Friday, 8-5pm for the clinic and infusion is open form 8-6pm. (possibility of 4 days and then ½ day admin day)
Call: 1/3, The doctor’s alternate call every other week and cover each other during vacations.

NP helps with taking patient calls every 3 wks to help decrease the calls that goes to each provider. It is a light schedule, just orders.

Access to all Clinical Trials- if patients are willing you may send them out to the right facility for the clinical trial to participate.

Patient Load- 20-30 patients per day- depending on volume.

EMR- Aria Varian (used by Stanford) hospital-Cerner, dragon capabilities.

Cases that are sent out are liver, pancreatic, lungs and gyn to physicians close into the area and part of the foundation model.

1 year guarantee, after one year is complete it will be based on a RVU production
