- OH License
- Covid vaccination
- Facility: A General Medical and Surgical Hospital
- Schedule: Dates: May 15, 2022 - Ongoing
- Mon 7-3, Tues 7am-12:30pm, Wed off, Thurs 7am-12:30pm, Fri 8-5
- No Weekend
- Assignment: Outpatient
- Types of procedures: Liaisons, Wart removals, EKG, Nail removal, Abscess.
- Cases: Well baby, ADHD Peds and Acute (Adults/Peds)
- Census: 20-25 patients per day
- EMR: Cerner
