• Salary & Benefits
o $160,000 per year
o Loan repayment program --- $50,000 upfront for 2 year commitment. $20,000 per year each year after the initial 2-year period.

• Benefits
o Perks & benefits = roughly 30% of salary.
o 14 paid holidays,
o 8 hours of PTO accrual per 2 week period,
o 401k= 4% of salary contribution.

• Requirements
o State License? Any state license
o Certifications? BLS / CPR

• Weekly Schedule
o Mon – Fri, 8 hours per day.
o 40 hours per week
o Potential to adjust to 4 / 10s schedule
o No on-call or weekend coverage.

• Start Date
o April - May start date or asap.

• Patients
o Patient volume ranges dependent on services provided. The dental clinic schedules 1 patient per hour for hygienists.
