oMinimal Phone Call, No OB or C-Section Backup Responsibility
o4 or 5 day Work Week, 8 or 10 hour Work Days
oCollaborative Environment - Nursing Staff Available for any Schedule
•Young Population – 30% Under Age of 18, Median Age is 29
•Rural Health Clinic Arrangement, No Facility Overhead
oCompensated Flat Rate of $50 Per Patient Visit
oSee 25-30+ Patients Per Day, No Shortage of Patients
oEMR, Interpreter Support, Lab, Pediatric Exam Rooms
•Support of a Nation-wide Non-Profit Health System Based in California
o196 Bed Hospital, Family Medicine Residency Program
o8 bed Level II NICU, 24/7 Resuscitation Team and Neonatology Coverage
oOption to take Call From the ED
