Plans and administers Occupational Therapy treatment program for patients/residents following illness, disease, or injury. For each dollar contributed (up to 6% of pay) Employer match of $.50 (up to 3% of pay) Match begins after 12 months of service REQUIREMENTS Educational Requirements Associates Degree Credentialed graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program and currently licensed in the state. Experience Prior experience in Occupational Therapy preferred but not necessay. Physical Demands: Lifting 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Walking, standing, bending, stooping and sitting for extended periods. Full use of gross and fine motor skills of upper extremities. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to use insight when utilizing applicable tests and equipment.
