-Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8a-5p

-EMR: Epic

-Volume: 16 patients

-Hospital: 300 bed hospital, 248K capture area, Level IV Trauma level, University Affiliated

>13 OR’s, 4 Endo suites and 1 Special Procedure room

-Required: Board certified or board eligible with West Virginia license or compact license
