-In need of locums to fill in provider minimum 13 weeks and until a perm is hired
-Immediate start
-Patients per day: 16 ppd
-Working alongside 1 additional full time FNP, 1 full time DO and 2 part time DOs
-Monday-Friday 9-5
-No call
