Location: Pueblo, CO

Duration: July - January 2023

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm

Scope: 100% endo outpatient (option for 1 day of IP if the provider would like)

Volume: 15-18 patients per day

EMR: EPIC

Hospital: 370 beds, level II trauma center

Required: Board certified or board eligible with Colorado state Medical License, or Compact license
