Description
The Neurology locum tenens opportunity in California…
-Location: Long Beach, CA
-Duration: July – December (potential for extension)
-Schedule: 1-3 weekends per month
-Shift: Saturday 8a – Monday 8a
-Call: 24 hour
-Volume: up to 0-30 patients per day
-Scope: General Neurology and Stroke, consultation, follow-up, ER, Code (EEG reads optional not required. No EMGs)
-Procedures: Lumbar Puncture
-EMR: Epic and Cerner
-Group: Full support staff, designated stroke centers
-Hospital: 453 beds, level II trauma//172 beds, level III trauma//167 beds, no trauma designation
-Requirements: Board certified with a California license and California DEA
