Description
Annashae is searching for a MOD Physician to fill an immediate position opening in a facility located near Schaumburg. The ideal candidate will conduct exams, provide or recommend treatment as well as Provide clinical direction to staff involved in direct care. Hours are as follows, take them all or pick which shifts you want.
Mon - 4p to Midnight
Thu - 4p to Midnight
Fri - 4p to Midnight
Sat - 8a to 4p
Sun - 8a to 4pLong Term Contracts
Travel Related Expenses Covered
Medical Malpractice Insurance
Requirements: Current Illinois License
Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine
Current Illinois Controlled Substance certificate
Current DEA certificate
