Location: The Dalles, OR

Duration: October - Ongoing (3-6 months with potential to extend)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm

Scope: Adult Outpatient

Volume: 8-10 patients per day

EMR: EPIC

Required: Board certified or board eligible with Oregon license
