Occupational Therapist Clifton, NJ
Our out-patient, integrated medical clinic is looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team full time in Clifton, NJ. In this position, you will have the unique opportunity to work with a diverse group of individuals with a wide variety of diagnoses. Our ideal candidate is personable, committed to cultivating an excellent rapport with every patient, and has experience with varied physical conditions treatable with occupational therapy.

Our clinic has been in Clifton for over 45 years, providing high quality care and helping our patients achieve optimal health and maximum function. We take a conservative approach and offer a team of providers with multiple specialties under one roof to develop comprehensive treatment plans to address the root cause of the patient’s condition. Our team and support staff are experts at planning and executing rehabilitation techniques to help patients with short-term injuries or long-term medical conditions.
Duties:
• Evaluate, plan, direct and administer individualized therapeutic treatment programs aimed at the restoration or improvement of function, or the prevention of disability
• Provide a full spectrum of treatment to each patient
• Provide direction and supervise the certified OTA
• Work closely/collaborate with other medical providers
• Documentation, progress notes/reports, discharge summaries and maintains patient files
• Educate and Counsel patients re: diagnosis, plan of care and prognosis
Qualifications:
• 2+ years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Occupational Therapy License in NJ
• Experience in private practice preferred but not required
Compensation:
• $40 - $50 per hour based on experience
Schedule:
• Full-time
• Monday - Friday
