Located in northeast Georgia, just over an hour away from Atlanta, is a 53-bed not-for-profit acute care facility. This facility was awarded AVATAR International’s National Customer Service Award for Exceeding Patient Expectations. Set in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, there is always something to do while here. This city is also the home to the longest running 4th of July festival and parade!

Specialty/Modality: Occupational Therapy
Licenses/Certifications: CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support), State License-Occupational Therapist-Georgia
Physical Abilities: From 50-100lbs
