Our wellness facility is looking for a seasoned Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate is personable, committed to cultivating an excellent rapport with every patient, and has experience with varied physical conditions treatable with occupational therapy.
We are an outpatient facility and treat primarily Adult population with chronic to acute pain.
This is a full time position
Responsibilities
• Works tightly with other providers in the clinic in treating each patient
• Must be able to treat the full spine, not just upper extremities
• Evaluates, plans, directs and administers individualized therapeutic treatment programs aimed at the restoration or improvement of function, or the prevention of disability
• Writes evaluations, progress notes/reports, discharge summaries, and maintains patient files
• Counsel patients regarding Rehabilitation diagnosis, plan of care, and prognosis. Maintains current knowledge of regulatory/legislative policies as they apply to the profession of Occupational Therapy and adheres to the same
• Work with our COTA
