Travel Occupational Therapist
Shift: MON-FRI 0800-1630 + two 8hr weekend shifts per 4 week scheduling period
13 WEEK ASSIGNMENT
2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN HOSPITAL SETTING REQUIRED
BLS REQUIRED & OK LICENSURE
Oklahoma License Occupational Therapist
100% ACUTE care with adult patients

About the unit(s):
· Number of Beds – 364
· Number of Staff – daily staff 18 PTs, 8 OTs, 4 SLPs
· Type of staff:
o Day Shift – daily staff 18 PTs, 8 OTs, 4 SLPs
· Patient Ratios – usual case load is 10-12 patients daily
· Type of equipment – typical acute care equipment, therapy completed at bedside
· EMR – Meditech
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
· Acute experience
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
· ICU experience
Best personality Fit:
· Efficient, likes fast pace, enjoys challenging and rewarding academic/teaching hospital environment
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
· BLS
Dress Code:
· Scrub Color/Attire – Navy Blue scrubs
Weekends and On call:
· Be available to work 1 weekend shift per 4 week scheduling period if needed
