(Click Apply Now to apply to this job), an in-house therapy company has a Full-Time Rehab Director position for our skilled nursing facility at Smoky Ridge in Burnsville, NC. Relax in the security of working with an in-house therapy company and among a well established team of professionals. This position reports to VP of Rehabilitation.
Job Locations:
Smoky Ridge Health and Rehabilitation; 310 Pensacola Road; Burnsville, NC 28714
This individual will have at least 2 years’ experience managing a rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing setting. Must be a licensed therapist to be considered for this position.
The qualified applicant will have rehabilitation leadership experience in human resource management, operational oversight including a high level knowledge of compliance, billing and all financial matters affecting the department. This individual places the highest priority on clinical standards, building and maintaining professional relationships, and staff retention and development.
Education: Must have graduated from an accredited therapy program in PT, OT, or SLP.
