Location: Pikeville, KY

Duration: On-going need

Schedule:  4p Fri - 8a Mon, Weekend call only

Call: Yes

Patient volume:  Will vary., but typically on weekends (Sat/Sunday) Average rounding is 10 inpatients (3 cath lab cases).

Scope: STEMI Call.  Rounding and STEMI will be required on weekend call with the assistance of midlevel support. Typically the midlevel will round on the patients and the locum physician will provide an attestation and sign off on the observation notes.

EMR: Epic

Hospital: Level II trauma center, Closed ICU (able to have up to 90 beds), no stepdown unit.

Group/support: All supporting sub specialties (along with midlevel support to help them round for weekend coverage/STEMI call)

Requirements (boards, license): COVID Vaccine, MUST have an active KY License as well as a KY DEA.
