Washington DC Metro area – Primary care opening

• 100% outpatient Family Medicine seeing patients of all ages including pediatrics


• Not-for-profit Federally qualified health center (FQHC) setting


• Group caters to medically underserved patients regardless of their ability to pay in the DC metro area


• Group offers a very strong compensation plan (depending on experience) and benefits package.  Paid insurances and malpractice insurance with tail coverage.


• Benefits include medical, vision, dental, life insurance, 401K and HRSA supported loan repayment for qualified providers


• Group does salary reviews annually with their providers to maintain competitive packages


• Must be BE/BC – American Board of Family Medicine


• Group has 8 providers total (not all are Full-time)


• NP’s rotate call in the evenings and on weekends (usually every 3-4 days on call). Doctors are on backup and can take any calls from home if needed.


• Athena EMR – cloud based for when at home


• PTO is 15 days annually plus 5 sick days, 11 paid holidays and CME time off is granted based on the needs of the organization


• Sign-on bonus and relocation bonus are negotiable
