Description
Location: Waukegan, IL
Duration: As soon as possible
Reason for coverage: Increase in patient demand, influx of patients, and decrease supply of physicians
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8a-5p, can be flexible
Shift: 8a-5p
Call: n/a, no call
Patient volume: 20-30 per day
Scope: Traditional Primary Care, IM and FP. Prefer bilingual/ Spanish speaking, can treat diabetic patients, do colorectal screening HP
EMR: Epic
Group/support: Work with residents, app support, nutritionist and behavioral health on staff
2 FPs, 2 Family RNs, 4 peds, 2 Ped RNs, 3 part-time OBGYNs
Requirements (boards, license): BC or BE
