** NEW Opening** Full time Family Nurse Practitioner needed in the New Orleans, LA Area! Non-profit company that cares for their providers is expanding. Seeking a LA licensed FNP to join their mission to provide a comprehensive continuum of care for people in Louisiana, encompassing primary care, behavioral health, and substance use disorder treatment. Monday-Friday 8-5 at the Community Health Center, including some after hours and weekends. The Nurse Practitioner participates in the day-to-day clinic services as a direct care provider and manages reports under programs that are funding the role or as part of the Best Practices that reflect Quality Improvement/Quality Assurance participation for coordinating and providing patient care throughout the clinic.
