Location: Lebanon, New Hampshire 60 miles from Vermont capital (Montpelier) and concord New Hampshire
Duration: May 2023 – on-going (3 month potential for extension)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8a-5p
Patient volume: 8-12 per day
Scope: Inpatient work, 3 half days, doing inpatient geriatric consultations with focus on decreasing length of stay by identification and management of geriatric syndromes, polypharmacy, and goals of care. Coordinating consultations with dedicated RN and another geriatrician. Taking part in interdisciplinary rounds.
EMR: Epic
Requirements (boards, license): Boarded with New Hampshire (covid and flu vaccine
