Summary of Services: Speech Language Pathologist (SLPs) are health care professionals who evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication and/or swallowing disorders or impairments in individuals or all ages, from infants to the elderly. Speech Language Pathologist Therapist - Intermediate Level performs all duties including technical skills in screening, evaluation, assessment, program planning, intervention and preventative care, at the full performance (Click Apply Now to apply to this job) initial and ongoing comprehensive evaluation including, but not limited to, collecting subjective and objective data, analysis of data, and creation of treatment (Click Apply Now to apply to this job) interventions consistent with treatment plan based on evidence based best practice, provider protocol, and governing (Click Apply Now to apply to this job) policies and procedures in accordance with all regulatory agency (Click Apply Now to apply to this job) care based on standards of practice, patient acuity, and/or clinical (Click Apply Now to apply to this job) professional relationships and convey relevant information to other members of the healthcare team within facility and any applicable referral (Click Apply Now to apply to this job) patient confidence and protects organization operations by keeping information (Click Apply Now to apply to this job) manages the care of patients with conditions common to the unit/area of assignment. Exercises initiative and independent judgment.
