- 100% Outpatient Visits, new patient consults and follow-ups
- Requirements
- Board Certified Cognitive Neurologist
- Will consider a General Neurologist with experience in cognitive and memory disorders
- Active CT License
- 3-5 Years of Neuroscience Experience
- Support Staff
- 1 APP
- 2 Neuropsychologists
- 1 Social Worker
- Support Staff
- EMR
