Description
A Physician Assistant is needed for busy Neurosurgery Practice in Columbus, GA. Duties include, but are not limited to, patient care evaluation and treatment in the office and hospital setting to include pre/post op evals, consults, ER and Trauma Center (level II), admission and discharge orders, hospital rounds, managing OR schedule, assisting in surgery to include closing duties, working side by side with the neurosurgeon as needed. Call responsibilities along with physician is a 1 in 3 call night rotation on average. Case load is 85% spine and 15% cranial and essential pediatrics. Physician Assistants with orthopaedics experience interested in neurosurgery are encouraged to apply. Current PAs have over 30 years of combined experience with all having prior experience in orthopaedics. Starting Pay $95-110K range for experienced physician assistants with year end bonus potential.
