Description
Our private practice client is searching for a full-time General Dentist to join their growing, successful practice in the Grand Junction, CO area. If you don’t mind staying busy and working with a great team, this opportunity may be for you. Dental Practitioner; Colorado Dental Board licensed dentist.
Job Duties:
• Repair cracked or fractured teeth and remove teeth
• Remove decay from teeth and fill cavities
• Straighten teeth to correct bite issues
• Place sealants or whitening agents on teeth
• Administer anesthetics to keep patients from feeling pain during procedures
• Write prescriptions for antibiotics or other medications
• Examine X rays of teeth, gums, the jaw, and nearby areas for problems
• Make models and measurements for dental appliances, such as dentures, to fit patients
• Teach patients about diet, flossing, use of fluoride, and other aspects of dental care new graduates are welcomed and encouraged to apply. This is a full-time position
