We are seeking a Family Medicine Provider to start a locums assignment ASAP. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with a minimum of 18 patients per day. The provider must be board certified or board eligible. Credentialing typically takes 30-90 days. • Location: Eureka, California
