Description
Premier Physician Services, LLC is looking for a Locum General Dentist for their Alpena location! Our client would consider full or part time.
HOURS: Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Friday 7:00 am - 2:30 pm
Required Procedures: Restorations (amalgam and composite), extractions, removables such as dentures and partials.
It would be nice if they can do RCT and Crowns, but not a must. Average number of patients per day: 8-14 depends how much time the provider needs for procedures. The DDS works out of 2 chairs with 2 assistants. They also work in hygiene exams throughout the day. Adult % - 67%
Peds % - 33% Dress code: Black Scrubs provided by facility
Cred Time Frame - 30-90 days
REQUIREMENTS
DDS Certified - Required
MI DDS State License - Required
Local, no flights - Highly Preferred
Clean Malpractice/Background - Highly Preferred

Doctor of Dental Surgery
Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry
