Description
- Coverage Needed:
- August 14 at 7a - August 21 at 7a
- Sept 11 at 7a- Sept 18 at 7a
- Nov 13 at 7a - Nov 20 at 7a
- Dec 11 at 7a - Dec 18 at 7a
- 24 Hour ED Call Coverage
- 7am-7pm In-house call
- 7pm-7am Call
- 8-12 hours onsite - 12 hours of non-restrictive call daily
- Clinical Information:
- Support - Facility ED and OR Staffing
- Daily Patient Volume - 15 patients
- EMR: Epic
- Required:
- Board Certified
- Active GA License
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges.Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
