Description
- Coverage Needed:
- Dates for 2023:
- October 23 7am -October 27 7pm
- November 20 7am " November 22 7pm
- December 18 7am " December 22 7pm
- Dates for 2024:
- Clinical Information:
- 1 week per month starting on Monday at 7am until the following Monday at 7am in the hospital or weekend per month starting at Friday at 5pm until Monday at 7am.
- Hospital only.
- Round on hospital patients. See new hospital patients. See ED patients. Pulm consults
- EMR: Epic
- Patient volume: 15-20 patients/day
- Support staff: 3 providers/2 APPS
Take call after hours.
- Required:
- Must have IN license to be considered
- Must be board certified in both pulm and CC
- CV must be in Month / Year format
- Must have license in hand at time of submission, or proof that the license application has been submitted
- Any gaps greater than 30 days will require an explanation on the CV
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges.Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
