I am assisting a great facility in Northern Maine that is in need of ongoing ER coverage starting in mid-August and ongoing. They will have about 5-15 shifts available each month and will require a minimum availability of 4-6 shifts per month. I have included additional details below. Emergency Medicine Locums Job | ME | August start - Ongoing

Details of Assignment:
•  Location: Norther boarder of Maine
•  Duration: August/September target start – ongoing (potential Locums to perm)
•  Schedule: 5-15 shifts open each month. Minimum 4-6 shifts per month of availability
•  Shifts: 24 hour shifts (back to back 24s if desired)
•  Patient volume: 20 patients per day
•  Scope: Routine ED. Stabilize and transfer out, runs code team in hospital, Transport lifefight helicopter and fixed wing
•  Hospital: 49 bed hospital, level III trauma center
•  EMR: Cerner
•  Group/support: Days – 1 MD, 1NP/PA, 1 RN   Nights – 1 MD, 2 RN’s
•  Required: Board certified or Truly Board Eligible with Maine or IMLC License, open to licensing. Will consider FP’s and IM trained physicians with recent ER experience.
